How can I request the reinstatement of a submission?

To request that a submission be reinstated, follow these steps:

  1. Verify the cancellation reason (identified on the NOC and/or Submission Notes) has been addressed/resolved.
  2. Send an email request to retentionteam@coverwhale.com for full reinstatement review.
