What payment methods are accepted?

Cover Whale currently only accepts ACH payments through our ePay system, and only when specifically instructed by a member of our Billing Team.

If a down payment for a Direct Bill policy is made through ePay without prior instruction, the Billing Team may request that the policy/endorsement be bound correctly through our platform using the dedicated payment link from the premium finance company. In that case, the ePay down payment will be refunded to the original sender.

For Pay-in-Full policies, policyholders will make payments using Stripe through the binding process on our platform. If there is an issue with the stripe payment link please send an email to billing@coverwhale.com.

Please make the check payable to Cover Whale Insurance Solutions Inc. Premium Trust and include the submission number and endorsement number. Keep in mind that mailed checks take longer to process, so please allow extra time.
