Who Can Report a Claim & How?

Who can report a claim?:

Claims can be reported by any involved party by filling out this claim form. This could include the policyholder, the agent, the property owner, the injured party, or legal representation for any involved party. By allowing multiple parties to report claims, we aim to ensure that the claims process is accessible and efficient, paving the way for a fair resolution.

Who handles the claim?:

Cover Whale claims are managed by third party administrators (TPAs). Upon receiving a claim, the TPA will assign it to an adjuster who is responsible for handling the entire claim process from start to finish. The adjuster will investigate the claim, communicate with all involved parties, and determine the appropriate settlement based on the circumstances and policy coverage. This ensures that each claim is handled professionally and efficiently.
