DocuSign is the fast, dependable way to electronically sign documents on nearly any device, from almost anywhere. When requesting to bind, opt-in to use DocuSign for easy form completion.
Why use DocuSign?
- Policies can be bound instantly.
- While most insurance companies require next-day effective dates, DocuSign allows us to bind using same-day effective dates.
- Policyholders can sign anytime, anywhere.
- Faster than waiting for an underwriter to complete your bind.
- Say goodbye to status calls and hold times.
How does it work?
- Request an instant bind using DocuSign. The agent receives an email with binding documentation for signing and assisting policyholders with any non-automated forms.
- Policyholders receive an email for final signatures.
- The policy is now bound, and binding documents are sent to the agent.
