Minor moving violations include:
- Speeding
- Improper or excessive lane changes
- Following too closely
- Accidents
- Running a red light or stop sign
- Failure to yield
Major violations include:
- Speeding in excess of 20 MPH
- Reckless or careless driving
- Passing a stopped school bus
- Texting or talking without a hands-free device while driving
- Hit and run
- Drag racing
- Driving under the influence - DUI or DWI
- Criminal conviction including assault or homicide Involving a motor vehicle
- Driving with a suspended license
