      My submission was declined. Can I find out why?

      If a submission was declined, you can find out why by following these steps on the Cover Whale Platform:

      1. Log in to the Cover Whale Platform and search for the submission in question.
      2. Click on the purple submission number link.
      3. Select either New Business or the specific endorsement, using the Transactions dropdown.
      4. View the Notes tab for the declination reason.

      If the declination was due to accidents and one or more were not your fault:

      • Add a comment in the Notes tab.
      • Upload any supporting documentation in the Files tab.
      • Request an Underwriting review.

      By following these steps, you can find out why a submission was declined and provide additional information if needed.
