My submission was declined due to a major violation. How can I find out what that violation was?

If your submission was declined due to a major violation, you can follow these steps to find the violation:

1.     Log in to the Cover Whale Platform and search for the submission.
2.     Click on the purple submission link.
3.     Click Close on the declination pop-up message.
4.     Click the Notes tab.
5.     You will find a note from Underwriting explaining the reason for the decline.
