How do I adjust or change a deductible on the Cover Whale Platform?

You can adjust the deductible on the Platform. Here's how:

1. Log in to the Cover Whale Platform and search for the Submission number that you need to make a change on. Click the purple submission link.

   
   

2. Click Create Endorsement on the right-hand side.

3. Click Create Endorsement again on the pop-up screen. The effective date will default to the date of the policy but can be edited by clicking on the calendar icon.

   
4. Click Vehicles on the left side, select the vehicle by clicking the square box, and then click Change.
   
   
5. Click Deductible, enter the custom deductible amount, and click Save.
   
6. Click Next and then scroll down and click Review. 
   
7. Read and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Brokerage Agreement, then click Request Quote.
