Instant Bind via DocuSign isn't working. How can I get a same-day binder?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the DocuSign issue. To ensure you get a same-day binder, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Cover Whale Platform.
  2. Search for the submission and click on the purple submission number link.
  3. Upload the signed documents to the Files tab.
  4. In the Notes tab, add a comment explaining the issue. For example: "Please process a same-day bind due to DocuSign error."
  5. Our Underwriters will review the submission and Instant Bind if all criteria are met.
