We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the DocuSign issue. To ensure you get a same-day binder, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Cover Whale Platform.
- Search for the submission and click on the purple submission number link.
- Upload the signed documents to the Files tab.
- In the Notes tab, add a comment explaining the issue. For example: "Please process a same-day bind due to DocuSign error."
- Our Underwriters will review the submission and Instant Bind if all criteria are met.
