How do I add or remove a vehicle on the Cover Whale Platform?

Adding and removing vehicles is a piece of cake with our self-service platform. Just grab the VIN, and you'll have a modified coverage quote generated in no time. Managing your fleet has never been easier!

You can easily add or remove vehicles using the self-service Cover Whale Platform. Follow these steps:

  1. Click Create Endorsement.
  2. Enter the desired effective date and click Create Endorsement.

To remove a vehicle:

  1. Scroll down to the Vehicle section.
  2. Click Remove, and then click OK.

To add a vehicle:

  1. Click Add Vehicle.
  2. Enter the VIN number and our system will pull the year, make, and model of the vehicle.
  3. Enter the value and select the body type.
  4. If you need to add a loss payee, click Loss Payee and enter the name and address, then click Save.

To submit the changes:

  1. Scroll to the bottom and click Review.
  2. Read and agree to the terms and click Request Quote.
  3. A quote will be emailed to the agent, to then present to the policyholder.
  4. If the quote looks desirable, click Request to Bind.

The system will automatically bind the endorsement, and documents will be emailed directly to the agent. And that's it – you're done!
