You can easily add or remove vehicles using the self-service Cover Whale Platform. Follow these steps:
- Click Create Endorsement.
- Enter the desired effective date and click Create Endorsement.
To remove a vehicle:
- Scroll down to the Vehicle section.
- Click Remove, and then click OK.
To add a vehicle:
- Click Add Vehicle.
- Enter the VIN number and our system will pull the year, make, and model of the vehicle.
- Enter the value and select the body type.
- If you need to add a loss payee, click Loss Payee and enter the name and address, then click Save.
To submit the changes:
- Scroll to the bottom and click Review.
- Read and agree to the terms and click Request Quote.
- A quote will be emailed to the agent, to then present to the policyholder.
- If the quote looks desirable, click Request to Bind.
The system will automatically bind the endorsement, and documents will be emailed directly to the agent. And that's it – you're done!
