How can I submit a Broker of Record (BOR) change request?

Submitting a Broker of Record (BOR) change request is straightforward and currently can only be done at account renewal. Just follow these steps:

1. Complete a broker of record change request form and have the policyholder sign it.
   
   REQUIRED FIELDS
   -New agency name & number
   -Previous agency
   -All lines of coverage to be moved
   -Producer name
   -Effective date
   
   
2. Email the signed form to us at hello@coverwhale.com.

Once an associate has reviewed your request, we'll get back to you after five additional business days.
