How can I request loss runs?

You can generate loss run reports yourself in the Cover Whale Platform. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Cover Whale Platform.
2. Search for the submission for which you need loss runs.
3. Ensure you're viewing the most recent endorsement by scrolling down to the Transactions dropdown.
4. Click Generate Loss Run on the right-hand side.
5. The loss runs will be generated instantly and available in the Files tab.

If you have trouble generating the loss runs or cannot do so for any reason, please email hello@coverwhale.com.

Loss runs are also saved to the renewal accounts under the Files tab.
