Effective December 5, 2024, we are transitioning to a new phone system, which includes a single, centralized customer service phone number. On and after this date, all phone inquiries should be directed to: (888) 904-4965.

Hours of Operation: Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST).

Enhanced features of our new phone system include:
  • The ability to receive a call back from a Cover Whale representative–so you don’t have to wait on hold
  • Enhanced call routing functionality--both from the main menu and through warm transfers
  • Greater transparency around wait times
As a result of this transition, other individual Cover Whale employee phone numbers are being discontinued and replaced with extensions off of the main number noted above.
