      Can an agent request a different deductible for a vehicle?

      Yes! Agents can request to change deductibles, but only if required by a lienholder. To request a lower deductible for a vehicle, the agent needs to provide documentation (such as an email or letter) from the lienholder. Follow these steps:

      1. Log in to the Cover Whale Platform and search for the submission in question.
      2. Upload the lienholder's documentation in the Files tab.
      3. Add a comment in the Notes tab stating that the documentation has been uploaded.
      4. Follow the endorsement process to create the endorsement reflecting the new deductible.

      By following these steps, an agent can request a different deductible for a vehicle as required by a lienholder.
