No. Vehicle owners are not required to be listed as scheduled drivers on the policy if they will not operate any of the insured vehicles. Owners may be excluded from coverage, provided that at least one other eligible driver is listed on the policy. This guideline applies to all lines of coverage and is not specific to Auto Liability (AL).
