      A driver has been declined for violations, can Underwriting review the Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)?

      If you believe the MVR is inaccurate, please follow these steps:

      1. Log in to the Cover Whale Platform and search for the relevant submission.
      2. Click on the Files tab and upload supporting documentation.
      3. Add a comment in the Notes tab requesting a manual Underwriting review.

      By providing supporting documentation and requesting a review, our Underwriting team will evaluate the information and reassess the driver's eligibility.
